Merchandise in its original condition may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Please send an email to shop.fr@etcconnect.com to get a return material authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise. Once you have a RMA number, send us your return with the RMA number marked clearly on the outside of the box. Shipping fees for returns are your responsibility.
